Yes, all appointments must be scheduled online and are confirmed immediately upon submission. Check your email inbox or spam folder for the confirmation email with pre-appointment instructions.
If you have access to the patient portal, you can log in and view your appointment details.
You will receive an appointment reminder by email if your appointment was requested and confirmed.
These emails are sent out one week and one day before the scheduled appointment.
Please access your account in the patient portal and visit the Appointments tab to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Alternatively, you may call (757) 330-0222 to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
As soon as you schedule an appointment it is confirmed; you will receive an email delivered to the email address you provided when submitting your request. You will only receive this one-time email confirmation that contains detailed instructions for your appointment.
If the online provider needs to reschedule your appointment, a message will be sent through the patient portal and/or you may be contacted by phone.
